She is personable, informed, answers questions easily, provides solutions and alternatives to solutions, and very accessible (great in emergencies!). The staff is professional, courteous and approachable. This is important for these discussions concerning our dental health and in this economy. They have never cut corners on our dental health and take all precautions (for I am diabetic) to ensure that I receive excellent care. We often refer friends and coworkers to this office because they are each genuinely helpful and dedicated. We plan to stay here for another generation!
